5. To all the make-up artists at E.C.D. Beauty Salon (London) for making us look ugly for the photo session (they said it wasn’t that difficult)

8. To “Tranny Terry” our No1 roadie and driver who ensures our safe arrival at the gig and gets us home in one piece. If we ask him nicely, he sometimes even tucks us up in bed with a hot water bottle and reads us a story.
